Its a brightening eyeliner for the inner rim of the eye. Line the lower inner rim and inner corner of your eyes to create a much brighter and wide awake look, that we all could use at times! You can also swipe it along your brow bone to accentuate your brows. My favorite part of all tarte products is that they are free from all those lovely chemicals that I cant pronounce........(especially when applying right inside your eye)!!!!!
